Original Queen Elizabeth I Vellum Manuscript Document with Elizabeth I Wax Seal

An original, framed document dating from the Elizabethan period Circ. 1560. Totally hand written on Vellum in Latin. To the beginning of the document we see in Large Elizabeth, probably written by the Privy Council. I have not been able to decipher any of the contents on this and would make a fantastic research project. The document comes with its original Queen Elizabeth I Wax Seal, which is still attached to the document, worn but still present. The entire document has a wooden frame. The frame which is very heavy and not original to the period, which I would date the wooden framing around the 1940s. All in all a fascinating piece of Tudor history and highly collectable Elizabeth I manuscripts. The price of postage is expensive due to the weight. Size of entire frame: Width almost 22 inches wide x 19 inches high.Condition: the document is in superb condition, the seal is worn but still attached.
I will refund any overcharge on the postage.
